At Deaux Run™ Vineyards, we believe your only job on your wedding day is to be the guest of honor. Every collection includes these foundational elements to ensure a seamless, high-end experience:

• Professional Day-of Coordination: Every collection at Deaux Run™ includes a dedicated partnership with our preferred independent coordinator, Michele. She serves as your logistics lead, ensuring your vendors and timeline harmonize perfectly with the estate’s grounds.

• Exclusive Estate Access: Enjoy full use of the primary Venue, our light-filled Bridal Suite, and the private Groom’s Room for a comfortable and cohesive celebration.

• Seating & Logistics: We provide 300 elegant vineyard chairs, over 40 tables, and white linens. Your indoor reception will be supported by an integrated professional sound system (available for your use; ceremony audio not included).

• Curated Vendor Freedom: Tailor your day to your exact tastes. We welcome outside professional caterers and vendors, giving you the flexibility to build your own dream team.

• The "Something Borrowed" Collection: Access our extensive inventory of décor, signage, and a guest-favorite photo booth. These items are available for your use to enhance your design at no extra cost (setup not included).

• Comprehensive On-Site Support: From a dedicated venue attendee assisting with facility needs to our team handling the placement of venue-provided furniture and final facility cleaning, we’ve got the details covered.

Weekend Collections

Friday, Saturday, or Sunday

• The Two-Day Premier Experience | $5,200 Our most sought-after collection, designed for a relaxed and immersive celebration. This tier includes a second consecutive day, allowing you ample time for vendor load-in, a private rehearsal, and an on-site rehearsal dinner without the rush.

• The Estate Single Day | $3,200 A focused, high-impact celebration featuring full exclusive access to the venue from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Perfect for couples who want a grand, single-day event framed by the vines.

Weekday Collections 

Available Monday through Thursday

• The Ultimate Weekday Experience | $3,700 

Our most comprehensive weekday option. Enjoy two consecutive days of venue access 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM each day for your rehearsal and wedding day. 

• The Weekday Single Day | $2,700 

A streamlined, high-impact celebration featuring full exclusive access to the venue from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Perfect for couples looking for a beautiful single-day event steeped in vineyard charm.

Need more time? Add additional hours for $250/hr. 

Coordination Premium Upgrades

For the couple seeking a truly hands-off, luxury experience, Michele offers elevated service tiers to manage every fine detail.

• Full-Service Planning & Design: Transition from "manager" to "partner." From the initial concept to the final departure, Michele handles vendor sourcing, aesthetic curation, and comprehensive logistics to bring your vision to life.

• The Floral & Design Collection: For couples seeking a cohesive aesthetic, Michele offers custom floral design and installation services. From vineyard-inspired bouquets to curated table arrangements, her team handles the artistic details so your design shines.

Reservations & Rehearsals

The path to securing your date at Deaux Run™.

• Securing Your Date: A non-refundable retainer of 1/3 of your total package is required to officially reserve your place on our calendar.

• Event Protection: To ensure a worry-free celebration, a $300 refundable damage deposit and event insurance are due 30 days prior to your arrival. You can obtain an instant insurance estimate here.

• The Rehearsal Walkthrough: Single-day bookings include a complimentary 1-hour rehearsal. To ensure venue availability, your coordinator will officially schedule this block 30 days before your event.

• The "Evening-Before" Upgrade ($500): Want more time to celebrate? If the night prior to your wedding remains unbooked 30 days out, you may upgrade to a 4-hour block for an on-site rehearsal and rehearsal dinner.

Note on Pricing: Rates are subject to change; however, your signed contract locks in your investment at the time of booking.
